Ceremony Area: outdoor areas to choose from, if it rains, can be moved indoors. Have an octagon shaped arbor. Very picturesque. They have electricity available for the ceremony location.
Handicap accessible: has a ramp on the west side to access the building. The ceremony does not have a walkway.
They have liability insurance. Requires the vendors to have COA, must send them over.
Indoor and outdoor event spaces, the cocktail area is mixed inside and outside, outside is covered patio.

They would set up the centerpieces with everything on-hand, we would add the flowers and anything additional. Ikea has the best no-drip candles, Amazon has great floating candles. They will set everything up just like we want.

We can bring our own alcohol, and can drop it off the week of the event. They will chill it, along with any other prep work for our drinks.
They are partnered with Holiday Inn – KCI and Hilton Garden Inn. They allow shuttles from the hotels and venue, multiple trips.
Infused Water, Tea and Lemonade Bar: $7 per person (two infused house-made lemonades, fresh brewed iced tea and two infused waters in a beautifully set self-serve bar for your guests.) Joe’s KC’s tea/lemonade/water station is $2.50 per person.
