Decor Checklist
Essentials
- Aisle markers – The most popular aisle marker ideas are usually small flower arrangements, bows or candles.
- Aisle runner – may not need for outdoor venue
- Altar decorations – flower arrangements and fabric
- Programs
- Reserved seating signs for immediate family members – usually the first two or three rows
- Welcome Sign – This decorative sign includes your names, initials, date and an optional greeting message. It should be displayed near the main ceremony entrance to point guests in the right direction. It can prevent attendees from getting lost ahead of the ceremony, so it’s truly essential when it comes to what decorations you do need for a vow renewal.
Optional
- Vow books – You may want to include small booklets or journals containing your handwritten vows on your list of stuff, if you don’t want to read off a single piece of paper or your phone.
- Ceremony ritual items – you may need to add things such as candles, sand, greenery crowns, food and drinks or other symbolic objects.
King of Kings Wedding Requirements
- All music should be appropriate for a worship service. Confirm if that is still true offsite as well.
- Officiant – we gave $500 for the wedding
- Soloist ($50 fee) – in case we choose to have a soloist.
- Bulletins ordered through church office, we will need to build.
- Rehearsal – conducted by the Pastor. Do we need a rehearsal if it’s just Tracy and Amber? Do we need an hour?
